Terms and Conditions for Guests Staying at Kijiji Art Lodge

1.1 Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times during their stay.

1.2 The lodge is a co-creative space, and all guests are expected to respect the community, its members, and other guests.

1.3 Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodations and shared spaces. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.

1.4 Kijiji Art Lodges reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if a guest violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

2.1 Reservations can be made online through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2.2 Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other methods as specified on our website.

2.3 All prices are listed in [currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.4 Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 5).

3.1 Check-in time is flexible, we know how things can change, just stay in communication with the host on WhatsApp.

3.2 Check-out time is by noon on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

3.3 Guests must present valid identification and a booking confirmation at check-in.

4.1 Guests are encouraged to participate in art workshops and community activities but must follow safety guidelines and instructions from facilitators.

4.2 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Kijiji Art Lodges is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

4.3 Guests must report any damages or issues with their accommodations to lodge staff promptly. Unreported damages may result in additional charges.

5.1 Cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of $5.

5.2 Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

5.3 No-shows will not be refunded.

6.1 Guests must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their participation in workshops or activities.

6.2 Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and designated outdoor spaces.

6.3 Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

6.4 Guests are expected to adhere to local health and safety regulations during their stay.

7.1 Workshop spaces, tools, and materials are provided for guest use during designated hours. Guests are expected to handle all equipment responsibly.

7.2 Common areas are shared spaces; please respect others by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

7.3 Any damage to facilities or equipment caused by a guest will result in additional charges.

8.1 Kijiji Art Lodges is not liable for injuries sustained during workshops, activities, or use of facilities unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

8.2 Guests participate in all activities, including outdoor excursions, at their own risk.

8.3 The lodge is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or political unrest.

9.1 Kijiji Art Lodges values your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9.2 By staying at the lodge, you consent to the use of your likeness in photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
